World of WarcraftClassic,the Hallow End event is now underway

Although World of Warcraft Classic may be a reincarnation of a fifteen-year-old game, Blizzard is still keeping it up to date with seasonal events, including Hallow's End, the Halloween event currently taking place within Azeroth. On the surface, it might just look like the game's map added a bunch of pumpkins to celebrate the season, but there's actually much more to it.

Players should get ready to trick or treat, bob for apples, and visit the Wickerman Festival this week in World of Warcraft: Classic. The Hallow's End event is already live now, so players can start their holiday journey as soon as they are ready. Before heading out into Azeroth and getting started, Game Rant has some advice on how to best take advantage of all of the activities and buffs available.

According to Warcraft's lore, Hallow's End is meant to celebrate the day when the Undead race broke away from the oppressive leadership of the Lich King. They celebrate by burning a giant wicker man, which was followed by a speech from their queen, Lady Sylvanas Windrunner. Afterward, the undead smeared the ashes from the burnt wicker man onto their faces. It's unclear why other races celebrate the event, especially those belonging to the Alliance, but it's most likely because Blizzard wanted to give every race a Halloween-themed event to celebrate.

The coveted Pumpkin Bag is a 16-slot bag that can drop from any level 50+ Undead mob during the event. The bag is not unique, so players who are lucky can stock up on the bags and use a few of them.

Players can visit any Innkeeper in the game once per hour and find out if they've been Tricked or Treated. Depending on which they get, the resulting activities are a bit different...

If you're tricked, you'll be transformed into either a frog, human ghost, kitten, min-diablo, skeleton, or snake for a couple of minutes, or you'll be given a costume that you can wear. These include costumes of bats, leper gnomes, assassins, pirates, skeletons, or wisps, and last for one hour. If you have better luck, you'll be treated and receive a treat bag containing various consumable candy items, a flimsy mask, or a wand that will allow you to transform friendly players for a limited amount of time.

Players who want to bob for apples can do this by visiting Inns. Click on the apply bobbing pool to pick up 5 Bobbing Apples at no cost. The apples restore health over 24 seconds. If eaten for at least 10 seconds, grant a Stamina and Spirit buff to your character - You will receive Stamina and Spirit equivalent to 25% of your level.
